Intelligent will activate in the design and production of protection and control panels for substations and energy facilities, automation of substations, design and production of control and monitoring systems in the Intelligent's facilities in Abu Dhabi. In addition, within the scope of the agreement, a new company in which both parties will have 50-50% shares will be established in Abu Dhabi in order to operate in similar business lines due to local licensing requirements to operate in similar business lines. |
